At 5th Rothehram, our Young Leaders do more than just make cup of teas… If you’re up to the challenge, we’ll help you develop skills for life.

Working with people

We’ll encourage you to leading an activity, or game, and we’ll help you develop the confidence to be able to be able to stand in front of 20+ young people and talk to them while holding the attention and keeping the interest.

Helping to plan and deliver the programme

We’ll help you develop your planning and organisation skills, and you’ll actively be involved in working with the section.

You don’t have to attend every week and your other responsibilities such as studying must come first.
